Each active lease in your account. Listings, sales, land, your team and your clients don't count. We take the highest number of active leases in the month, so a lease that ends and another that starts in the same month aren't counted twice.

Nothing is cut off or blocked. When you get close to or go over the cap, we let you know in your dashboard and suggest the next plan, with its fixed price. The contracts you already had keep working as usual.
Yes. Every plan has every feature, including the AI assistant and the connections map: the only difference is how many contracts are included and how much you pay per month.
Prices are in US dollars so they don't move with inflation. You can pay in dollars or in pesos, at the official exchange rate on the invoice date. Write to us and we'll send you the payment options.
The yearly price already includes the discount: you pay 10 months instead of 12. You always see both the monthly and yearly price.
No. You pay monthly or yearly at a lower price, and you can leave whenever you want. Your data is still yours and you take it with you.
If the new pricing would cost you more, you keep your previous price for six months. If it would cost you less, you pay the new price right away.
